My Story
My educational background is a little bit of everything. In 2001, I studied Photography and Anthropology until 2005. In 2005, I attended Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) and was certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy. After taking a few years off from school to raise a family, I went back to school and received two Associate's degrees. In 2015, I transferred to California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) and got my BA in Collaborative Health & Human Services with a concentration in Social Work and Public Administration. I took a year off to teach high school in Monterey County. I taught Digital Media, Biology, US History, and English. Teaching high school was one of the biggest challenges in my career, but the most rewarding. Then, in 2019, I went back to CSUMB and got my Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology. I currently create training for Physicians and RN’s.
“It is my hope that I can produce creative styles and techniques for teaching that inspire readiness in the individual.”
